Operations consulting that ships—not slideware.
Process automation, workflow design and AI—implemented phase by phase. We call it Capacity Engineering™.
We're an operations consulting and process automation firm that implements what it recommends: workflows, tooling, automation, AI and dashboards, delivered one funded phase at a time. A Constraint Call, then a Blueprint, then delivery.
One method for eleven industries, run by senior operators—previously at LogicMonitor, FLIR, Apple, FireEye, Nutanix, and Arthur Andersen.

Eleven capabilities, one operating system
We don't just recommend improvements—we implement them, phase by phase, so your team gets measurable gains without disruption.

How an engagement works
Two steps are free. The third is credited back.
You can stop after any of them. We're selective about who we take on, so the first two cost you nothing and carry no obligation.
- 01Free
Constraint Call
30 minutes
You leave knowing your single biggest constraint—whether or not you work with us.
- 02FreeBy invitation
Capacity Session
2 hours
A working session with the people who'd do the work. You leave with a one-page constraint map you can take to your own leadership.
- 03
Blueprint
From $1,000
The design: sequencing, tooling, owners, and the metric each phase has to move.
Credited in full against your first delivery phase
- 04
Phased delivery
Milestone by milestone
We build it in funded phases, and each phase has to earn the next.
The Blueprint is a fixed fee—from $1,000, typically up to around $10,000 depending on scope—and it is credited in full against your first delivery phase. Delivery is then scoped phase by phase, never an open-ended retainer.
Phased Implementation & Program Delivery
We execute the roadmap—one phase at a time.
Each phase builds workflows, deploys tools, automates work, embeds AI, trains teams, and measures results—on clean, trusted data you can see and govern.
- Design + build + integration, then deployment and monitoring
- Training and adoption baked into every phase
- Dashboards and a weekly operating cadence to hold the gains
- Iteration based on real usage—not assumptions

What you get
What you walk away with
Not a slide deck—working systems and the artifacts that keep them running.
What changes
Directional gains we engineer for—and measure on your data, every phase.
// how we de-risk the work
What you can count on
The commitments that make bringing us in low-risk—built into every engagement.
Scoped in phases
Funded against a phased plan with clear KPIs—not open-ended retainers.
You own everything
The workflows, data, tooling, and IP are yours—no lock-in.
Human-in-the-loop
Approvals, audit trails, and human checkpoints on every automation and AI.
We stay through adoption
Training and a weekly cadence until the gains stick—not a hand-off at go-live.
Tailored to your industry
The same operating system, adapted to how your sector actually runs.
Frequently asked questions
What is Capacity Engineering?
Our method: find the one constraint that sets your pace, design the workflow, tooling and AI that remove it, and measure output per person. It's what most firms call process improvement or digital transformation—scoped in phases and measured on your numbers.
Is this a digital transformation program?
Not the kind with a steering committee. We sell phases, each tied to a metric you already report.
How we approach digital and AI transformationDo you advise, or actually implement?
Both—but implementation is the point. We produce the plan and then build it: workflows, tooling, automation, AI, dashboards, and training, phase by phase.
How long does an engagement take?
It starts with a 30-minute Constraint Call, then a Blueprint, then delivery in phases. Most clients see measurable value from the first phase before the next one begins.
How do you reduce risk?
We start with the binding constraint, deliver in small phases with clear KPIs, and prove value early. Nothing is 'big bang.'
Do we have to replace our current tools?
Usually not. We make your existing stack usable and adopted first, and only recommend replacing tools when the math clearly favors it.
Is the AI safe for regulated environments?
Yes—we design for it: approved knowledge sources, citations, audit trails, escalation rules, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
How do you price engagements?
Two stages are free: a 30-minute Constraint Call, and—if we think we can genuinely help—a two-hour Capacity Session with the people who'd do the work. The Blueprint is a fixed fee—from $1,000, typically up to around $10,000 depending on scope—and it is credited in full against your first delivery phase. Delivery is then scoped phase by phase, never an open-ended retainer.
